Retail Associate/ Administrative Assistant

WB Chimneys is looking for a retail associate/ administrative assistant to join our team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and emails

  • Tidying show room floor

  • Learning about our products (fireplaces, woodstoves, gas logs ,etc) sufficiently to answer customer questions and help with sales

  • Processing sales in store and by phone

  • Checking inventory in and displaying on show room

  • Assisting Owner in sales and marketing email campaigns, etc

  • Helping maintain project calendar and communication with clients regarding

  • Helping keep CRM & inventory systems updated

This role is a full time entry level opportunity with anticipated pay of $14-16/hr. This position is based at our retail location in Bremen, GA. Must pass background check. We are willing to train the right person and this role has the opportunity for growth in several different directions.

Fabricator/Warehouse Assistant

Join Our Team as a Fabricator/Warehouse Assistant!

Are you looking for a career in the construction industry with room for growth? We're a fireplace and wood stove sales and installation company looking for an enthusiastic and reliable fabricator to work in our warehouse building chimney caps and masonry caps. This is an entry level role with training provided and room for growth.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

  • Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse in Bremen, GA

  • Willingness to work hard and learn on the job

  • Ideal candidate is looking for a long-term career

Responsibilities:

  • Use sheet metal brakes and associated machinery and tools to build chimney caps and masonry caps

  • Manage inventory and help installers check material in and out of inventory

  • Unload freight shipments, put into inventory, and stock in our warehouse

  • Operate forklift (training provided)

Benefits:

  • Full time position. Anticipated hiring range of $16-21/hr.

Installer/Technician

Join Our Team as an Installer/Technician

Are you looking for a career in the construction industry with room for growth? We're a wood stove, fireplace, and chimney cap installation and maintenance company looking for an enthusiastic and reliable apprentice to work on projects under the guidance of a lead installer.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

  • Reliable transportation to/from office

  • Clean driving record (will use company vehicle during work day to travel to various projects and job sites)

  • Willingness to work hard and learn on the job

  • Ideal candidate is looking for a long-term career

Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead installer with chimney, fireplace, and wood stove installations

  • Preview and measure new and replacement chimney cap projects

  • Preview and measure for new projects

  • Perform chimney cleanings and inspections

Benefits:

  • Full time position. Anticipated hiring range of $17-23/hr.
